Your Chalet Hosts
Your Chalet Hosts have been carefully selected for their catering and housekeeping skills as well as their friendly and out-going personalities to ensure that you are made fully welcome and have a great time. All hosts undergo relevant training before qualifying for this important role. They have one deserved day off when breakfast and afternoon tea are laid out for you and you have the chance to enjoy one of the tempting restaurants in resort for your evening meal.
Family Chalets
Look out for “Family Chalet” logo. Children ages 2-11 years inclusive are welcome all season in our Family Chalets and you will find on page 11 full details of our children’s prices and discounts.
All the Chalet Hosts can provide special child menus and early suppers. Children aged 11 and under are welcome in all chalets during school holiday weeks (departures between 22-23 Dec, 29-30 Dec, 9-10 Feb, 16-17 Feb, 22-23 Mar 29-30 Mar and 5-6 Apr).
Christmas
Christmas is a special time to stay in a chalet or club hotel. See what we offer:
• Mince pies and welcome drink on arrival
• Sweets, satsumas and nuts set out every day
Christmas Day:
• Late breakfast option with Bucks Fizz as well as normal service
• Full turkey Christmas dinner with all the trimmings followed by Christmas pudding • Festively decorated chalet/Club Hotel with Christmas tree
Full information on all local church services and local festivities (fireworks, torchlight descents, etc) will be available from your Thomson representative in resort. All usual services will operate on Christmas and New Year including ski lifts and chalet services, childcare services and most ski schools.

5 : Featuring our Thomson Premium Chalet Service, these are our best chalets, well furnished with a high level of comfort and private facilities for each bedroom.
4 : Also featuring Thomson Premium Chalet Service, these chalets benefit from a high level of comfort and either private facilities or a high ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms.
3 : Standard chalets, which are comfortably furnished and have a good ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms.
2 : For the more budget-conscious skier, these are older, more rustic chalets which may not have the same number of bathrooms as more modern chalets but they are full of character.
Club hotels have a similar rating as chalets, also with crowns and this reflects their location, character and facilities.
